We may look at it negatively. its the same as saying, “why would i crack my head in studying when the passing score is 75?”

being number 2 or second in the line or the salutaturian or the second honors or silver medalist is not that bad… but its bad when you are a second wife…hehehe kabit!querida! we’re getting out of the point…okay, okay, go back to earth.

guess what! morrie schwartz has taken me also. same as shirley conran. but it is with Morrie’s ideas that life’s greatest lessons have hit me…that hard! yeah, indeed, what’s wrong with being number two? there’s nothing wrong with it, right?!

as we are living our lives, we are always aiming for that all hail almighty number one. yes, who doesn’t want to be the first? aiming for that first place is helping us to be competitive. but aiming for number 2, if not number 1 is helping us not to be too expecting too much. helping us not to be too much frustrated if ever we fail or fall.

and ill relate this post to this: ” Aim for the stars, if you cannot reach them, at least fall on the moon”

uhurrm…life’s greatest lesson.
